a Bit Short

Either the plumber gave up at the home owner’s insistence to use THIS faucet …

or the plumber never checked their work.

You just can’t make this stuff up !!

So Sad …

Some of these debacles are funny, silly, just downright comical.

Others are sad.

Some folks just shouldn’t be allowed to use tools or own a home to sell.

Sounded like a good idea – a privacy door and all.
But I guess the first tool they purchased should have been a tape measure.

or NOT ?!

Really ??

Creative Solution

With the addition of large PVC piping having to cross in front of the door opening at the top …. this Do-it-Yourselfer found a solution to enable them to still open the door.

Of course they could have simply cut the door off at the top and attached that remaining portion to the frame as they will still need to avoid that top clearance issue.

Thumbs up for the effort.

Eye for Detail ?

While the tile work was very appealing this shower door left me with a few questions.

Were these the ONLY screws available and the Do-It-Yourselfer is on their way back with appropriate length screws and did they honestly not consider the safety issues at hand here?

Not to mention the cosmetic contrast between the quality of tile work and this mechanical connection – yikes.

Ah .... perhaps they could have used shorter SAFER screws for their DIY project.

HOW could anybody sit on THIS ?!

This home owner decided they knew how to add value to their house by putting in a powder room, a half-bath.

However they must have missed the instructions detailing minimal clearances on each side and in front of a toilet.

I won’t even begin to address the plumbing configuration to the tank and from the bowl.

MERCY ?!

HOW to mount ?
